Frequently asked questions

How do I claim my CLE/CPD credits?

For in-person attendees: To qualify for credit, you should register with the team at our CLE/CPD desk, fill out the form with your name and email, and keep track of the CLE eligible sessions you attend. One week after the conference, you should receive an email from mcle@americanbar.org with your affidavit and certificates for filing your credits in your jurisdiction.

For virtual attendees: To qualify for credit, you must attend the entirety of the CLE eligible sessions live on the virtual platform and answer the polls. Attendees that meet that minimum threshold will be sent to the ABA to have affidavits issued for your completion to the email address you registered for the conference under. Certificates will be issued upon completion for you to file with your jurisdiction. Please note: We do not offer CLE credit for on-demand sessions.

Note that credits can take 4–8 weeks to be approved by each jurisdiction. You can find materials, a timed agenda, and the status of your credits in each jurisdiction by visiting this page.
