Damien Riehl is a technology lawyer who clerked for state and federal judges, litigated for 15 years, and helped companies with cybersecurity. Damien has built and expanded an ontology of over 18,000 legal tags — effectively standardizing legal data. At Clio, Damien helps combine the Business of Law and Practice of law, using Generative AI to extract and generate valuable insights from a dataset of over one billion legal documents — worldwide.

Nidhi Gurnani is a Group Product Manager at Clio, where she leads the portfolio of products focused on transforming legal drafting and document automation. She specializes in building data-driven and AI-powered solutions that streamline complex legal workflows, and unlock greater efficiency for legal professionals. She is passionate about reimagining the role of judgement, trust and expertise in an AI-native era of legal services. Outside of work, Nidhi loves to dabbles in coffee and has sampled coffee from over 100 estates in the world.

Olisa de Sousa has made it her mission to ensure that people — not just processes — are at the heart of every technology rollout. From her roots in Account Management and Customer Success to her current role as an Intermediate Onboarding Specialist, she has partnered with stakeholders at every level of an organization, building bridges between complex systems and the humans who use them. Olisa has an exceptional ability to listen, translate, and connect — making technical concepts feel intuitive and empowering for any audience. She believes that the best technology in the world means nothing without the right people guiding others through it.

Omar Robinson is a Training Consultant on the Professional Services Team at Clio, bringing 7 years of experience empowering law firms to get the most out of their practice management software. With a passion for making complex workflows simple and accessible, Omar helps legal professionals work smarter and more efficiently. He brings that same energy to every training session and client interaction.

Phil Rosenthal is Head of Bar and Academic Partnerships at Clio. He co-founded Fastcase in 1999 and served as its President for nearly 25 years, until the company merged with vLex in 2023. He then served as vLex’s Chief Growth Officer until Clio acquired the company in 2024. Before his career in legal technology, Phil received a Ph.D. in physics, studying string theory and cosmology at Caltech.

Rachel Azeroual is an Account Executive on the Velocity Team within Customer Sales at Clio, where she partners with law firms to drive growth and operational efficiency through innovative legal technology. She is also an expert in Clio’s AI solutions, helping firms leverage automation and intelligence to streamline workflows and scale their practices. With a strong background in client relationship management and consultative sales, Rachel is known for her energetic, relationship-first approach and ability to navigate complex sales cycles with confidence. Based in Vancouver, she is committed to delivering impactful solutions that support the evolving needs of modern legal professionals.

Sam Mallen is Senior Director of Product at Clio, where he leads product strategy across the company’s financial technology offerings. He is focused on making it easier for law firms to manage their finances so they can focus on serving their clients. Sam believes that by helping lawyers’ business run smoothly, they are free to do their best work for the people who need them most.

Sangeeta Prasad is an Account Manager on the Scaled Customer Success team at Clio, where she helps solo practitioners and small law firms build efficient business systems and get more value out of Clio Manage and Clio Grow. She works directly with attorneys navigating the challenges of running and growing a small practice, and brings that hands-on experience to every session she facilitates.

Samir is a Staff Product Manager at Clio, where he works on the mobile app, client portal, and communications. Now in his second tenure at Clio, this is the fifth Clio Con he’ll be attending!

Siobhan is the Product Manager of both Clio’s billing teams, with a focus on Mid-Market firms. Since joining Clio in 2022, she has worked to bring a number of features to market to help customers have a more flexible and robust billing product that meets their needs. Throughout her career, Siobhan has always been an advocate for her customers, by ensuring feature requests and feedback are reviewed and prioritized, chatting with customers about what’s missing from their workflow, and helping people optimize their existing workflows with features they may not be familiar with. She is always looking for the next thing that can help make Clio’s billing product even better.

Tara Cain is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Clio, a legal AI software company, where she has spent the last decade helping law firms get the most out of their technology. Based in Vancouver, BC, she brings extensive experience in customer success and people leadership to her work, partnering with medium-sized law firms to drive growth and long-term success. Outside of work, Tara is a proud mom of two boys — one navigating university and one conquering middle school — and knows a thing or two about managing competing priorities with grace.

I lead the Financial Technology engineering teams at Clio. We help our customers track their time, manage their expenses, invoice their clients and get paid. I’m based out of Toronto and look forward to meeting you at ClioCon.

Tucker Cottingham is Senior Director of Product at Clio and co-leads Clio Work, the company’s AI-powered legal practice platform. He is a lawyer and the co-founder of Lawyaw, which was acquired by Clio in 2021 and became Clio Draft. Tucker has spent his career innovating new models for legal services and scaling high performing teams. He has served on the board of the ABA’s Legal Technology Resource Center and the Emerging Leaders Council for the Legal Services Corporation. He lives in Hawaii with his wife and daughter.
