Matt Stocco is a Product Marketing Manager at Clio for practice area products such as the Personal Injury Add-On and Clio for Legal Aid. With over 6 years of product marketing experience, Matt loves to work alongside lawyers, and understand how Clio can better help them in their firm. John is the Chief Product Officer at Clio, with over 15 years of experience in high-growth SaaS companies. He previously held executive roles at Podium and Mailchimp, leading product strategy and innovation at scale. Along with his deep expertise in product innovation, John is also the author of two books: Data Smart and Leadership Wise.

Jarryd is the Director of Product for Mid-Market and Enterprise at Clio. He is a product manager, founder, and software engineer with over 15 years of experience designing & developing innovative product solutions.

I have worked for Clio for over 6 years, moving through the Support, Solutions, and now Onboarding team. In that time I have become an expert on our products both in how to troubleshoot them and how they can best serve our customers. I have spent the last 2 years working with mid size law firms helping them implement Clio into their offices and working out best practices for their specific needs.

Kim Francis is a Solutions Engineer who works with Mid-sized law firms. In her role at Clio, she works closely with the Clio sales team as the technical lead, understanding the advanced workflows and customizations of large firms. Kim has been with Clio over seven years and is based out of Toronto.

With over three years of hands-on experience in managing a non-profit law firm, Kate has honed her skills in identifying inefficiencies and addressing pain points within the law firm landscape. Jumai Niagwan is an Intermediate Customer Onboarding Specialist at Clio, where she helps solo practitioners and small to mid-sized firms optimize workflows and maximize the benefits of Clio’s services. With a background as a Lawyer called to the Nigerian Bar, a Warwick Business School alumna, and an IIBA Certified Business Analyst, she brings legal expertise and strategic thinking to her role. Joshua Lenon serves as the Lawyer in Residence at Clio, where he plays a pivotal role as a liaison between the company and the legal community. As the presenter of Clio’s Annual Legal Trends Report and a key member of the Legal Trends research team—composed of data scientists and legal experts—Joshua contributes to generating the industry’s most prominent annual legal research publication. An attorney admitted to the New York Bar, Joshua brings his legal scholarship to both internal conversations at Clio and interactions with customers, ensuring that Clio’s initiatives are informed by deep legal expertise and a commitment to advancing the legal profession.

A passionate advocate for users Heather has been with Clio for 4 years. Focused on creating and driving efficiencies through modern payment solutions Heather has been a contributing member of the Financial Services team and is always excited to talk about the efficiencies Clio Payments can bring to a firm.

Gavin Miller is the Director of Application Security at Clio. He joined in 2019 when Clio’s security team was only one person, and since then has helped grow security to a group of 17. Gavin’s background has given him a breadth of experience in ransomware, malware, viruses, and web security, and he uses this knowledge on a daily basis to protect Clio and your firm!

As a Customer Success Manager, Eric Buchanan builds strong customer relationships through ongoing support and advocacy. As a strategic partner to mid-size law firms, He proactively gathers feedback to continuously improve the customer experience and maximize the value they receive from Clio.

Dominic is a Senior Account Manager and has been a Clion since January 2020. A.J. Axelrod is Clio’s Vice President of Payments and Financial Services, leading the strategic roadmap for Clio’s expanding legal fintech portfolio, including Clio Payments. He focuses on operational excellence, revenue growth, and product innovation, working across teams in product, technology, sales, marketing, and finance. With more than 25+ years of experience scaling some of the world’s most successful companies, Marina implements proactive strategies and operating practices that position Clio to thrive and grow in alignment with its mission and values. She orchestrates talent acquisition, HR business partners, employee engagement, systems optimization, analytics, comprehensive total rewards programs, DE&I, and learning and development.

Before her tenure at Clio, Marina held the position of Chief People Officer at Wealthsimple, where she played a pivotal role in steering the company through a period of exponential growth. Under her leadership, the company’s workforce nearly doubled for three consecutive years. Chris Stock serves as the VP of Legal Content and Migrations at Clio, where he spearheads  Clio Draft, E-Filing, Calendar Rules, and Data Migrations. Leveraging over two decades of experience in the legal and legal technology sectors, Chris plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and innovation. His extensive background encompasses mergers and acquisitions, as well as international business expansion, allowing him to conceptualize and implement strategic initiatives that positively impact the organization. Chris’s journey at Clio began in 2023, following a series of successful Executive tenures within the Legaltech space and his role as a Strategic Advisor.

In addition to his professional achievements, Chris is deeply committed to criminal justice reform. His passion for making a difference extends beyond his career, as in his spare time, Chris serves as the Chairperson of A Second U Foundation, an organization dedicated to reducing recidivism by fostering financial independence for returning citizens. When he’s not working or advocating for reform, you can find Chris cheering on the Knicks at Madison Square Garden.

Alex is the Vice President, Corporate Controller at Clio. As a CPA and former financial auditor, Alex and his wealth of experience have played a significant role in Clio’s Series D and E Financing, Calendarrules and Lawyaw acquisitions, post-acquisition integrations, and the implementation of a new accounting system.
