When and where is ClioCon 2026 being hosted?

ClioCon 2026 will be held in Boston, MA, at the Hynes Convention Center on October 26-27, 2026.

How do I book my hotel for Boston?

Hotel bookings are limited! We have secured exclusive pricing for ClioCon attendees at three conveniently-located hotels:

  1. Sheraton Boston
  2. Boston Marriott Copley Place
  3. The Westin Copley Place

All hotel bookings must be made and managed online. You will need to register for the event before booking your hotel rooms. Hotel bookings are available at the bottom of the Registration Confirmation page.

Already registered and want to add a hotel booking? Visit the registration portal and click the link that says “Already registered and would like to make changes?”.

Follow these steps to book your room through our official portal:

  • STEP 1: ACCESS THE PORTAL

    • Navigate to the bottom of your Registration Confirmation page and click the hotel booking link.

  • STEP 2: FIND AVAILABILITY

    • For the best selection, click the “View All Hotel Options” button immediately. This shows all rooms at all hotels, making it easier to find availability.

  • STEP 3: SELECT YOUR HOTEL & ROOM

    • Browse the list of hotels and click on one that suits you.
    • Available room options and their prices will be displayed. If a hotel or room type is “Sold Out,” it will be clearly marked.

  • STEP 4: CHOOSE YOUR DATES

    • Use the calendar tool to scroll through and select your arrival and departure dates. The system will automatically show you available options for your chosen timeframe.

Are there any flight discounts available?

Yes, we have partnered with airlines to help you save on your flights to ClioCon.

What is the refund policy?

The refund deadline is May 1, 2026.

Passes cancelled prior to May 1, 2026, will be refunded in full (minus any fees incurred). Cancellations after May 1, 2026 are non-refundable.

What if I need to transfer my pass?

We understand that plans change. If you’d like to transfer your pass to a colleague or friend, please contact us at conference@clio.com and our team will be happy to assist you.

Pass transfers must be requested by October 2, 2026.

Who is a legal vendor?

Any individual selling services or products to legal professionals is considered a legal vendor.

Legal vendors must purchase a Legal Vendor Pass to attend ClioCon. Channel Partners include any organization who is signed up for the Clio Channel Partner Program. To learn more, please reach out to channel@clio.com.

I am a legal vendor. Can I purchase an Attendee Pass?

No.

As stated in our TOS, legal vendors that sell products or services to legal professionals must purchase a Legal Vendor pass. If a legal vendor purchases an Attendee Pass, their order will be refunded. Legal Vendor passes come with complimentary access to Lead Tracking software.
